Hannah playing footballHannah became ill with meningitis when she was three. Meningitis was not diagnosed by her doctor for four days.

During this time she developed blood poisoning. This spread to her limbs, and became so serious that she had to have both legs and both of her arms amputated.

Despite this, Hannah is a lively, active and happy girl. She enjoys dancing, playing football, and swimming, and hopes to be a ballerina when she is older.
