Road traffic accident: solicitor secures interim payment for spinal cord injured client

Specialist spinal cord injury solicitor at Alexander Harris secures an interim payment of £850, 000 for a client who suffered a severe spinal cord injury as a result of a road traffic accident.
John, a teenager, was travelling in a car as a passenger with friends near his home town one night when the driver lost control of the car and crashed into the side of the road. John suffered a severe spinal cord injury as a result of the crash.
John's solicitor said:
"I am delighted to have secured this substantial interim payment for John within months of taking his case.
The application was vigorously opposed but our expertise in spinal cord injury claims enabled us to persuade the court to order a sum large enough to purchase a much needed bungalow.
The new home will be adapted to meet John's needs as a wheelchair user."
