An Inquest was held last week after found a man was killed after catching Legionnaires' disease from a dirty shower head in hospital.
Legionnaires' disease is a rare and potentially fatal form of pneumonia, often contracted by inhaling mist from water sources.
Legionnaires' can only be contracted form a contaminated water system.
He died the day after he was due to be discharged from hospital, after recovering from cancer.
An Inquest heard the father-of-two had contracted Legionnaires' disease after taking a shower at the Bath Royal United Hospital (RUH) in 2004.
The Health and Safety Executive is holding an investigation into the incident.
The RUH, which admits liability for the death, insists it has since met all the recommendations by health and safety officials and says it has made sure no further patients will contract the killer bug.
Symptoms of Legionnaires' disease include headache, muscle pain, high fever and shaking chills, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Also disorientation, confusion, hallucination and loss of memory may occur.
